Ok so I got a day behind on my Feel Good Blogging Challenge but it’s better late than never! Day 4 of Alex Beadon’s fantastic challenge is to share 10 things which you may not know about me.
So here goes….
1 – I have an amazing boyfriend, Keil, and we have been together for 10 years. He’s pretty cool and we are also business partners. He also wrote my most read blog post because he is such an inspiration.
2 – I have been blessed to travel a lot and I love to travel! So far I have been to at least 22 countries. My most recent trip was to Barbados.
3 – Me and Keil are in the process of starting another business, it’s still in the early stages but you can go to voltagesport.com and get on the mailing list to be the first to know when we launch.
4 – I had dance classes between the ages of 4 and 14. I did ballet and modern dance. I took part in various shows each year and passed all my exams.
5 – Every month I stand up in front of a room full of people and present my health and wellness business to them. Most people join as a business partner or buy some fantastic products at a great discount! I used to be really shy so it’s been good to have my confidence grow.
6 – I have a diploma in personal training which also includes sports massage, nutrition and gym inductions. I wanted to start my own business in massage but at 19 I felt too young and was lacking in confidence.
7 – I am writing a screenplay and next week I am heading to London Screenwriters Festival for inspiration, pitching and learning.
8 – I love to watch sport. My favourites are cycling, football, rugby league and cricket. I have recently started watching the NFL on TV, this has been a little bit enforced but I like it! I’ve been to watch the San Diego Chargers twice and next weekend I am heading to Wembley for some more NFL action.
9 – Speaking of Wembley I have been 4 times already to the new stadium but never went to the old one. I’ve watched 2 rugby league Challenge Cup finals, the Foo Fighters and England v San Marino in football.
10 – When I was about 12 I took part in some cycling time trials whilst in Belgium. I wasn’t very fast but I’ve got a trophy to prove I did it!
I hope you enjoyed getting to know a little bit more about me. Comment below with a fun fact about you!
