Her debut book Self Wise is available now. She is currently working on her memoir and a book about cycling based on her family’s business.
She hosts Soirée & Stories, a literary salon for women reading their own words, and writes a weekly Substack, I Need to Tell You, where the real conversation happens.
Caroline lives in Yorkshire. She believes in prosecco any day of the week, writing the thing that scares you, and deciding — on purpose — that your life should be really, really fun.
