A few weeks ago I attended Arbonne’s Advantage Conference in Birmingham. Much like last year I was going to vlog the weekend, however when I arrived at my hotel my memory card wouldn’t work! So instead here is my little recap from a fantastic few days.
I drove down with Keil and my mum (who are also my Arbonne business partners) on Thursday afternoon and we arrived at the Hilton which is at the NEC. A few years ago Arbonne had their conference here so we knew what to expect. We checked in and headed to our room. I’ve got to admit the rooms probably need an update but they were fine as we weren’t planning on spending too much time there anyway!
After a few hours we went for dinner in the restaurant, it was a buffet so we could try a bit of everything. Soon it was time for bed and an early night, if you’ve ever been to a conference before you’ll know they can be exhausting!
We were up early on Friday to make sure we got a good seat. I got a bit anxious as it was so busy so made sure I got a seat at the end of the row. We had some awesome entertainment before it started with live music and beat boxing – Keil shared a video of it here. Then the conference began with some business updates and then training from fellow Arbonne consultants who have been having great success in their businesses. People shared some very personal stories and it really helps knowing other people have had similar struggles to you. It was a really good day.
Arbonne also launched a new product which I am so excited about – Their sports nutrition line Phytosport! I had been trialling this product before and I absolutely love it for when I’m at the gym or going on a bike ride. There is a pre-workout, hydration and post-workout – Like all Arbonne’s products they are vegan, formulated without gluten and taste so good! I have really noticed a positive difference to my workouts when using the Phytosport range.
The evening was all about a party! The theme for the night was After Dark and neon. I struggled to get something but at the last minute I found this pink dress from Dorothy Perkins. For some reason I don’t have any photos wearing it! It was a really fun night with some award presentations and lots of dancing! Everyone had bright neon colours on too which looked great in the dark.
The next day was another early start – Thank goodness for fizz sticks! We had more training from Arbonne consultants and our outside speaker was Martine Wright who lost her legs in the London 7/7 bombings and is now a Paralympian. She has an incredible story and she was so inspiring.
Also that day 2 more product ranges were launched. The first is Clear Future – A 5 step face care system which helps acne or skin which breaks out. I think this is a great product to launch as so many people get blemishes on their skin and this can really help.
Finally the Christmas range was launched! I know it’s early but it’s always one of the most exciting times and I’m currently testing some of the products before its official launch on the 1st October – So there will be more come!
Then it was time for the drive home and to absorb all that I heard at AAC. It really gave me the boost for my Arbonne business I needed. I love having my own business, helping others start their business, sharing great products and having fun along the way!
